What are the pros and cons of building a house vs buying one already built?   Pro for building is customization and flexibility of selections.  Con is sometimes the budget you have to make choices that are tough.  Pro for already built home, the house is ready to move in. Con selection of finishes is limited to what is there, remodel cost is higher than new construction sometimes. 

3. How much will it cost?  Cost on new construction homes varies by the scope of the build and the interior exterior finishes of the home.  They can range from 160 - 500 per square foot.  Give us a call and let us know your budget.

4. How long does it take to build a home?  That will vary by scope of work and size of home.  Once the foundation is in 4-12 months.
